 No, we don’t have a physical shop. All products are made to order. Collections are done outside Malvern Police Station (Queensburgh) for your safety and convenience. 

 Clients reach out with either a piece they’ve seen on our website or an idea of their own. If a design is required, we create one and then provide a detailed quote. Once the quote and terms are accepted, we begin the build. Throughout the process, we keep clients updated, sharing progress and photos where needed. When the order is complete, we finalize the delivery or collection details and confirm a convenient time.

 Since everything is handcrafted and wood sealers require drying time, lead times may vary. They are also subject to weather conditions. We’ll give you an estimated completion date when you order. 

 Yes. Delivery is available at an additional cost of R300, up to 30 km from our workshop in Queensburgh. 

 Yes. We offer shipping via Pudo (locker-to-locker or door-to-door, depending on the option chosen). Full payment is required before shipping via Pudo.

 Yes. Please refer to our colour chart in our Gallery. You will also receive the colour chart with your quote.

 Our furniture is made of pine wood with the exception of live edge items. All products are sealed with Nova marine sealer. We also use an anti mould and fungus additive. While we have faith in the quality of the sealer, we do not hold any type of warranty on it.

  We are based in Queensburgh, Durban. Collections are arranged outside Malvern Police Station. 

 Unfortunately, no. We don’t have a showroom or store. All products are made to order from our workshop. 

 Yes. If you have a specific size or idea in mind, let us know and we'll design something specific for you.

EFT or Cash on collection.

 Yes. Where required, we include bolts, screws, brackets, concealed mounting brackets, and floor scratch protectors etc. with your order. This ensures your furniture is sturdy, easy to assemble (if required), and ready to use.
